- Duration: Ongoing locum assignment
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (can be 3 days with 10-hour shifts)
- Hours/Week: 32-40 hours
- Employment Type: Contract
- Licensing/Certifications: Active license, DEA, BC, AONCP certification, BLS required
- Experience: Prior hematology/oncology experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (paid via weekly direct deposit)

- Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patients independently and alongside an oncologist
- Oversee patient care in the infusion suite and respond to lab and test results
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, dietitians, and navigators
- Triage patient calls and manage patient communications
- Utilize clinic resources efficiently, and work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
- License:
Active Oregon State license, DEA certification - Certifications:
BC in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, AONCP certification, BLS - Experience:
Hematology/oncology experience preferred but not mandatory - Skills:
Strong communication, independent decision-making, patient management skills
