Supervisor, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Nike is seeking a Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Beaverton retail store. You will coach a diverse team, ensuring every athlete receives premium service while driving sales and operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading floor coverage, overseeing cash handling and opening/closing, maintaining accurate inventory, and executing brand-right visual merchandising. You'll analyze KPIs, resolve customer concerns, and support hiring, training, and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver Nike's premium service standards.
• Oversee daily floor operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, taking actions to drive results.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and product replenishment.
• Maintain brand-right visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Resolve customer issues and elevate service in high-traffic periods.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet traffic and labor targets.
• Support training, onboarding, and performance feedback for teammates.
• Uphold loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance standards.
• Partner with store leadership to execute campaigns and store initiatives.
