We are a family‑owned vacation home property management company serving Seaside for over 20 years. We are looking for a culture builder who loves sales, works in a showroom, and helps property owners upgrade their properties.

• Make connections with people, motivate and inspire them to achieve results.

• Engage and adapt to changes, building motivated, high‑performing teams.
• Work with property owners to improve their properties and increase bookings.
• Support the retail showroom and network with potential clients.

• High level of confidence and extroverted communication skills.
• Self‑directed with strong initiative and results orientation.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Established residence on North Coast or a transition plan.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and delegate when needed.
