• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
• Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
• Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.

• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customer’s trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
