Seaside Vacation Homes, located in Seaside, OR, is searching for part‑time and full‑time Maintenance Technician Handyman Professionals to care for 62 homes and condos in our rental program.

Our properties are better kept than the competition. We support you with a skilled crew who have your back.

Office hours: 9:30 am–6 pm. Most part‑time staff work 2–3 days a week.

Pay: starts at $18 / hr during training, up to $25 / hr for experienced staff, with hourly and piece‑work options.

Benefits include health insurance, ongoing training & certifications, profit‑sharing retirement fund, and paid time off.

Assist with light, quick‑progress projects such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpet cleaning, flooring, and inspections.

Document maintenance orders on laptop computers onsite; help schedule and track completed work.

• No pot is a no‑go, not at work or outside.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be a resident of the North Coast or have a transition plan.
• Reliable car or truck, valid driver’s license, clean driving record; company vehicles will be provided on the job.
• Basic computer, internet, and typing skills; advanced skills are a plus.
