About the Role
NAPA Auto Parts is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, active role at the heart of our operation — you’ll make sure the right parts get from our warehouse to our stores and customers accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming freight shipments against invoices
- Stock, organize, and maintain inventory in the warehouse and store
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup
- Pull all orders for standard customer stock, special orders, and counter/will-call requests
- Load customer orders into delivery vehicles in proper sequence per freight bills
- Process inventory and maximize warehouse space usage
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and RF scanners per established safety procedures
- Conduct daily inspections of motorized and manual equipment
- Maintain bulk fluids, batteries, brake rotors, and related product areas
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized; dispose of boxes, packing materials, and pallets properly
- Follow all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials and DOT labeling standards
- Verify and complete required documentation and reports
- Assist with dispatch and delivery coordination as needed, including scheduling routes and communicating with driver
What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs; push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, climb, and move at a quick pace for 8+ hours
- Ability to reach shelves up to 8 feet high using a stool or ladder
- Ability to read and identify numerical and alpha-numerical part number sequences accurately
- Basic computer skills; experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a drug-free environment
- Automotive experience not required; no weekends required at most locations
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred but not required
