HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

All LCSNW team members will contribute to our mission of partnering with individuals, families and communities for health, justice and hope. The Operations Manager coordinates all business operations for the Greater Puget Sound District offices, manages contract outcomes and reporting, quality assurance and improvement, internal and external audits and participates with the district leadership team on a variety of projects and initiatives.

This position works closely with various site administrators and reports directly to the Associate District Director. This position helps operationalize community-based programs in a work environment that is very flexible and dynamic with the goal of ensuring continuity and collaboration across programs. The Operations Manager will need to maintain a big picture to maximize the efficiency of resources and space within and across programs while supporting LCS Staff, Interns, and Volunteers.

  • Support the district and program leadership by ensuring maintenance of up-to-date program contract information, financial information, and quality improvement data.
  • Track and support grant applications, provides consultation with leadership on grant applications and support reporting on deliverables.
  • Prepares and provides monthly/quarterly reports with contract deliverables as well as organizational metrics.
  • Provide support to program leaders regarding operations, goals, policies and procedures, and legislative/accreditation standards.
  • Assists in leading the district’s Program Quality Improvement efforts, including attending monthly District Program Quality Improvement Meetings and representing the district at the Agency’s quarterly PQI meetings.
  • Leads the district’s Safety Committee, Staff Morale and Engagement Committee and annual Summer/Winter Retreats.
  • Works collaboratively with program leaders to develop new forms and data collection methods to meet contract needs while supporting community impact.
  • Models, and encourages, direct, professional communication among staff members and facilitates the development of a positive working environment that recruits and retains stand‑out colleagues.
