We are seeking energetic, friendly, and community-oriented Wayfinding Ambassadors to support visitors at the Sea Tac Welcoming Plaza and assist with seasonal event activations throughout the summer. This is a temporary position running from June 1 through August 31, 2026
, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs, though extension is not guaranteed.

Wayfinding Ambassadors will help create a welcoming visitor experience by providing directions, sharing information about local hotels and attractions, supporting sports activations, and managing waiver-signing stations during events.

This is a temporary, part‑time position anticipated to last approximately three (3) months. Employment is at‑will and does not guarantee extension or conversion to a permanent role.

• Provide way finding assistance to visitors at the Sea Tac Welcoming Plaza
• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain clean and safe facilities for staff and participants
• Share information about local hotels, restaurants, attractions, and tourism opportunities
• Assist with sports activations and special event programming
• Manage waiver-signing stations for event participants
• Answer visitor questions and provide general event information
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for guests

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Community-oriented with a passion for serving diverse populations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced settings
• Have access to a reliable form of transportation

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds as needed for event setup and operations
• Comfortable working outdoors and in active event environments

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, representing the community, and helping create memorable experiences for visitors during a busy summer season.
