510 - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service that is above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention;
Achieve first contact resolution and manage the customer interaction experience at the location;
Resolve customer issues at the counter with hospitality and professionalism;
Serve as the primary Net Promoter Score liaison for the management team and communicate on NPS performance actions;
Guide and coach employees to understand customer needs and improve service while ensuring policies are followed
