As a Night Auditor you will
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
- Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies
- Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing
- Assist with guest check ins and check outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
- Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift
We are seeking team members who are
- Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
- Professional and able to work independently
- Positive respectful and team oriented
- Preferred
- At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools
- Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire
- Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
This is an active role Candidates must be able to
- Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
- Use computers and office equipment for extended periods
- Occasionally lift carry or move items such as supplies or luggage
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts
