IT Support Technician

Requirements

• Were looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior IT experience; 2 years is preferred.
• Strong customer service, clear communication, and solid documentation skills are essential.
• You should have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude toward technology, and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware assembly and troubleshooting is required.
• Experience installing Windows and software is needed.
• You should be able to diagnose printers and other peripherals.
• You must communicate effectively with staff and customers and be fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft MCP or higher, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+.
• We expect a professional demeanor, a strong work ethic, and a self-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• We provide exceptional customer support and handle break/fix requests promptly.
• We work assigned IT service tickets as needed.
• We troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and baggage printers.
• We install new computers, displays, and other IT equipment when required.
• We maintain accurate timecards, worksheets, and required paperwork.
• We follow company policies and procedures while keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• We communicate courteously with customers and collaborate with other staff as needed.
• We maintain the established dress code and uphold a professional attitude at all times.

Company:

Were hiring an IT Field Technician for an in-person role in Sea Tac, WA. This is a full-time floater position with a 10-hour shift schedule, including Sunday through Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., weekends as needed, and 40 hours guaranteed. The hourly pay range is $24.00 to $27.00. We offer dental, health, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), and a cell phone stipend.
