You will work closely with software engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, and security teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available platform infrastructure.

  • Develop and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.

  • Architect, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Implement infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi.

  • Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, including platforms such as EKS, AKS, or GKE.

  • Build and maintain robust monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.

  • Utilize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic to monitor platform health and performance.

  • Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

  • Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, network security, access controls, and compliance requirements.

  • Partner closely with software engineers, SREs, Dev Ops, and security teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.

  • Develop automation and operational tooling using Python, Bash, or Go.

  • Participate in incident response and on‑call rotations, troubleshooting production issues and driving timely resolution.

  • Contribute to improving developer experience through reliable tooling, automation, and streamlined infrastructure processes.

  • Document infrastructure, processes, operational procedures, and technical solutions.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or a related field.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi.

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker; experience with EKS, AKS, or GKE is highly desirable.

  • Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar tools.

  • Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

  • Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.

  • Knowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM, network security, access management, and compliance frameworks.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex production and infrastructure issues.

  • Experience working in highly available, production‑critical environments.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering, Dev Ops, SRE, and security teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating large‑scale cloud infrastructure.

  • Experience with Kubernetes platform engineering and container orchestration.

  • Experience implementing infrastructure automation and self‑service developer platforms.

  • Experience with cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.

  • Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar security/compliance frameworks.

  • Experience supporting 24/7 production environments and participating in on‑call rotations.

  • Experience working in transportation, travel, technology, e‑commerce, or other high‑availability environments.
