About the Position

Sea Tac is the gateway to the Pacific Northwest. A diverse, globally connected community of more than 32,000 residents speaking over 90 languages. Our website and digital content are often the first (and sometimes only) interaction someone has with their local government. Whether renewing a permit, reporting an issue, or learning what's happening in their neighborhood, that first impression shapes how people experience the City.

The Web Content Supervisor ensures that experience is clear, accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of Sea Tac's internal and external websites, guide an in-progress redesign, and serve as the final review before content goes live. You will collaborate across departments, coach staff, and apply editorial and accessibility standards that help residents, businesses, visitors, and employees find what they need quickly and confidently.

If you are energized by the idea of building a digital presence that truly works for the community and you have the supervisory and editorial skills to lead a small, high-performing team, we invite you to apply.
