Xanfab Space, an Electronics Manufacturing Service provider in Sea Tac, WA, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Manufacturing Engineer to lead customer-focused quality and on-time delivery in a PCB assembly environment. You will own processes, drive automation, and mentor a small team on the shop floor.
Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in aerospace/defense electronics manufacturing, IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 soldering, AS9100 knowledge, and a proven track record in fixture design and process improvement
