Alaska Airlines is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance / CASS Investigator to act as a subject‑matter expert within the Quality Systems organization. You will lead complex investigations, perform systemic analysis, and validate corrective actions across Maintenance & Engineering operations.
The role covers surveillance, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and follow‑up activities to ensure the effectiveness of our maintenance program in line with 14 CFR Part 121/135 requirements.
