OverviewJoin Samsung Electronics America (SEA) as a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) to drive sales in Best Buy. The role focuses on demonstrating, selling, and promoting Samsung mobile products and services, building relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services in Best Buy using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products that fit those needs.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees, new and repeat customers.
- Serve as a brand evangelist and build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve key initiatives.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Complete display resets during new product launches.
- Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Daily accurate sales reporting.
- Meeting or exceeding established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals.
- Customer/Client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Hourly pay: $19.00
Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
Paid training completed online.
Apparel provided.
Company‑provided tablet or phone.
Exciting work environment, ongoing training and development.
Scheduled to work during high‑traffic times including weekends (required), weekdays, and some holidays.
