Overview:
Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA)! We are 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing company. Our clients are well‑known brands in consumer electronics, telecom, and energy. The role is to represent Samsung’s brand in a Best Buy retail store and drive sales of Samsung devices, including phones, tablets, wearables, and more.

• Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers.
• Ensure consumers have the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration, and goal sharing.

• Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services in the store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend products that fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for both employees and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service to customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards: merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Reset displays during new product launches or upon request.
• Complete daily sales performance reporting and retail insights.

• Regular and prompt attendance.

• Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Competitive weekly pay: $23.00 per hour.
• Quarterly bonus.
