Compensation: $58k-$79k (DOE)
Who We AreWe’re partnering with a leading restoration company that specializes in emergency response, environmental remediation, and property restoration services for residential and commercial clients. This team operates in fast-paced, high-impact environments where safety, urgency, and teamwork are critical.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands‑on Restoration Supervisor who can lead by example in the field while supporting emergency response and restoration projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physically active environments, understands water/fire restoration processes, and takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining strict safety standards.
Emergency response availability after‑hours and weekends is required.
What You’ll Do- Perform restoration and remediation services for residential and commercial properties
- Bring affected structures to dry standard safely and efficiently
- Set up containment areas, drying chambers, and emergency response equipment
- Monitor and document moisture, temperature, and humidity readings on job sites
- Complete moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video documentation
- Handle contents cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting, and preparation for storage
- Operate restoration tools and equipment while performing preventative maintenance as needed
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety procedures at all times
- Work in active job site conditions including confined spaces, elevated surfaces, and hazardous environments
- Support after‑hours emergency response services when needed
- 2–4 years of construction, restoration, water/fire damage, or environmental remediation experience
- Strong understanding of restoration and hazardous material handling procedures
- Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, ladders, and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail with documentation and field reporting
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. and wear full/half‑face respirators as required
- Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
- IICRC Water Restoration Certification
- Heavy equipment operation or maintenance experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- You stay calm and productive in fast-moving emergency situations
- You lead with accountability and safety first
- You’re dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- You take pride in quality work and strong customer service
