Material Handler

Position Overview

At GXO, we work in logistics and supply chain solutions. We look for talented individuals who can deliver high‑quality service. This role is a Material Handler working the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 06:00am – 02:30pm.

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic math calculations with or without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including possible overtime.
• Experience with a handheld scanner.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team to achieve goals.

• Lift objects up to 50lbs.
• Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.
• Handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 (Washington only). This rate may be modified in the future. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and other eligible benefits.
