A privately held organization is conducting a confidential search for an Accounting Manager to own day‑to‑day accounting operations, cash management, payroll, and financial reporting.
This is a hands‑on role partnering closely with leadership and external advisors, with responsibility for cash flow oversight, month‑end close support, and core accounting processes.
Key Experience Sought- Ownership of cash management, payroll, and month‑end close
- Strong GAAP knowledge and general ledger oversight
- Experience supervising accounting staff
- Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
- CPA or CPA-track
- Experience with lenders, audits, or complex environments
