Property Accountant

Days: Monday-Friday (in office to start, with potential for hybrid work)

ICG is a private real estate investment group providing accredited investors with attractive investment opportunities. We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our team. This is an opportunity to be a part of an amazing team at our corporate office in downtown Seattle.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for multiple properties
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Work with property managers to ensure activities are recorded accurately for month end
• Prepare journal entries and ensure general ledger activity is accurate
• Review AP for accuracy and process vendor payments
• Work with auditors at year end
• Other assigned duties as needed
• Property management accounting experience preferred (GL, AR, AP and monthly reporting)
• Experience with Yardi a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting finance or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
