Responsibilities- Partner with Accounting and Finance Systems teams to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions that simplify and modernize accounting processes
- Support global Accounting CoE initiatives and contribute to transformation efforts across the organization
- Drive standardization of accounting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and control
- Leverage tools such as Black Line and Alteryx to streamline journals, reconciliations, controls, and reporting
- Translate accounting and business needs into practical, scalable solutions
- Support the delivery of process improvements by contributing to analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities in partnership with Accounting and Finance Systems teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on best practices, process optimization, and system capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute priorities and reinforce accounting guidance
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment rooted in innovation and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate peer leadership by coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, providing guidance on technical topics, and fostering strong collaboration across finance and business partners
- Effectively lead cross functional projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience across a range of accounting topics and systems
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls, with the ability to apply accounting concepts to new transactions and initiatives
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Hands‑on experience leading process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology-enabled solutions
- Experience with Black Line and Alteryx, including workflow development (preferred)
- Proven ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Effective at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and across teams
- Ability to engage cross‑functionally with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Experience supporting cross‑functional projects and initiatives
