Staff Accountant

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $58,240 – $70,720 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant role:

Manage accounts payable, invoice approvals, ACH, and check payments
Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and maintain prepaid schedules
Support accruals, fixed asset tracking, and banking activity
Process employee reimbursements and purchasing card transactions
Assist with sales tax, 1099s, unclaimed property filings, and audit support
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

Working knowledge of GAAP and strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and experience managing multiple competing deadlines
Clear communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent experience

This is a full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position operating in a hybrid work environment with regular onsite collaboration in Seattle, WA.
