Salary Range: $160 - $183k DOE

What you’ll be doing as the VP of Accounting:

• Lead the overall accounting and financial reporting function
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
• Partner with operational leaders to support business performance
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Improve processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
• Manage, develop, and support an accounting team

This VP of Accounting role offers a great balance of structure and growth. You’ll have autonomy over your work while being part of a team that values accuracy and collaboration.

What they’re looking for in a VP of Accounting:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
• 6+ years in property or real estate accounting
• Strong systems experience (Yardi preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
