Location: Seattle, WA | Mostly Remote (Local candidates must be able to come onsite as needed)
Compensation: $28–$30/hr

This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to gain hands-on experience in a high-volume accounting environment with strong training and support.
Responsibilities- Apply incoming cash payments to customer accounts
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities
- Respond to payment-related inquiries
- Preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Entry-level accounting experience or relevant coursework
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
