About Arboreal Management
Arboreal Management is a rapidly growing real estate owner, developer, and property manager focused on affordable and workforce housing throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Our mission is simple but ambitious:
deliver below-market rents for residents while generating above-market returns for investors.
We believe affordable housing should not require sacrificing operational excellence or investment performance. By combining disciplined real estate investing, exceptional property management, and technology-enabled operations, we are building a different kind of housing company.
Over the past four years, Arboreal has approximately doubled in size each year and now manages thousands of apartment homes across Washington and Oregon. We continue to grow rapidly through acquisitions, development, and third-party management partnerships.
What makes Arboreal unique is our operating model:
Exceptional local property management teams
A highly capable offshore operations and accounting organization
Proprietary AI-enabled technology platforms that automate and improve core business processes
We are building a modern housing company designed to scale.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help elevate the sophistication of our accounting and financial reporting function.
This is an ideal role for someone coming from public accounting, fund accounting, financial reporting, or a complex multi-entity environment who wants broader ownership, greater impact, and a direct role in helping build a high-growth organization.
As Arboreal expands and works with increasingly sophisticated investors, lenders, and institutional partners, we are investing heavily in accounting processes, controls, reporting, and financial infrastructure. This role will play a key part in that effort.
You will work closely with senior leadership, property accounting teams, offshore accounting staff, auditors, lenders, and ownership groups while helping shape the future of the accounting organization.
