Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, month‑end close activities, and supporting audit readiness.

The Staff Accountant will play an important role in maintaining reliable financial records and supporting daily accounting operations. • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Support financial reporting, audit requests, and documentation requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
• Ensure accounting activities comply with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Salary range: $65,000 to $67,000 per year.
