Assistant Controller
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to support the accounting function within a high-growth, private equity-backed technology company. Reporting to the Controller, this role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Own core accounting processes, including monthly and annual financial reporting, audit management, technical accounting, and equity accounting.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integration.
Hybrid position; minimum of two days per week in our Downtown Seattle Office on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.
