Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is a growing publicly traded organization seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

The Senior Accounting Manager will lead key accounting functions, support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensure compliance with internal controls, and partner with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Oversee accounting for fixed assets, leases, prepaid expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

Prepare financial analysis, variance reporting, and management reporting packages.

Support SOX compliance, audits, and internal control initiatives.

Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other business partners.

Mentor and develop accounting team members while driving process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA preferred.

10+ years of progressive accounting experience.

5+ years of leadership experience in a public company environment.

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Experience with ERP systems and accounting automation tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

High-visibility role with significant cross-functional exposure.
