Salary Range: $62,400 – $72,800 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant

• Perform AP data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and general ledger activity
• Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Track and manage fixed assets
• Assist with sales tax compliance and process improvements

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with relevant accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills;
  Sage Intacct experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
