General Accountant

Full job description

• AR – Billing, accruals, customer statements
• Daily Cash position, weekly TCR report, set up/execute wire payments, Bank Recon, Positive Pay, signers access request, stop‑payment requests
• Audit requests, customer reconciliation requests, customer creation
• Reporting to global HQ
• Setup and Maintain pricing
• Employees expenses report
• Setup GL/Family for income flow to assist senior accountant in reconciling sales
• Manages payroll in ADP

• ADP Workforce Now experience
• General knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and experience with accounting software packages
• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain organized in a fast‑paced environment where a broad range of tasks will be required
• Must be able to work well in a team‑oriented environment
