Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics

1+ year of experience within customer service, data entry, accounting internship

Basic experience within Excel, Word, Outlook

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Quote & Billing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with duties including:

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding company services.

+ Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.

+ Calculate service fees, costs, and pricing estimates.

+ Create and submit customer bids within required deadlines.

+ Generate, review, and distribute invoices upon project completion.

+ Investigate and resolve customer questions related to billing and invoicing.

+ Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job files.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.

+ Handle confidential pricing and business information with discretion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
