Key Responsibilities- Manage and process semi‑monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely employee payments.
- Serve as the payroll system administrator and liaison with the external payroll provider, including payroll allocations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Oversee the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, employee reimbursements, and payment runs.
- Prepare payroll, audit, and financial reports while supporting internal controls and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Assist with cash receipts, account reconciliations, audit support, and other accounting functions as needed.
- Associate degree in Accounting plus 4+ years of payroll and accounts payable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and payroll experience.
- Experience with MIP accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Spanish language skills are a plus.
