Ohana Fiduciary Corporation seeks a detail-oriented accounting assistant to prepare fiduciary income tax returns (Form 1041) and beneficiary returns (1040), process 1099s, and set up new clients and assets in the accounting system.
You will enter financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and work with the team to ensure compliance with standards and laws. A Bachelor's degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; fiduciary tax experience is preferred.
