The team relies on this position to drive monthly closes, manage audit processes, and ensure regulatory rigor across SEC and corporate frameworks.

• Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP
• Oversee SOX compliance, designing and testing internal controls for financial reporting
• Partner with external auditors and manage tax preparation deliverables
• Optimize ERP and financial systems (Net Suite) to automate manual workflows and improve data accuracy
• Review complex revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and capitalization schedules
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a growing team of staff and senior accountants

• 5-8 years of accounting experience, combining Big 4 public accounting and corporate tech experience
• Active CPA license required
• Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX controls, and SEC reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems like Net Suite and Excel
• Proven track record of scaling accounting processes and managing high-performing teams
• Bonus:
