Grant Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Grant Coordinator to support grant accounting and fund administration activities in Seattle, Washington. This long-term contract position will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing grant-related transactions, and helping ensure compliance with government funding requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in grant management, net asset value reporting, and financial oversight within structured funding environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial administration of grants by tracking expenditures, reviewing funding activity, and maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
• Reconcile grant accounts and fund balances to ensure transactions are recorded properly and align with reporting requirements.
• Prepare and review financial reports related to government-funded programs, including schedules that support net asset value and fund-level analysis.
• Monitor grant budgets and spending patterns to help identify variances, resolve discrepancies, and support compliance with award terms.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather financial data, clarify grant restrictions, and support timely submission of required reports.
• Maintain records within Abila MIP and use the system to support account review, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Assist with fund administration processes by organizing financial activity across multiple grants and ensuring documentation is complete and current.
