Salary: $85,000 - $105,000

Key Responsibilities For The Senior Staff Accountant
- Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Complete month-end and year-end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
- Utilize Yardi for accounting, reporting, and property financial management
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Full-cycle accounting experience required
- Property management or real estate accounting experience required
- Hands-on Yardi experience required
