Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity supporting healthcare construction and infrastructure projects in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for a senior construction cost professional who can take ownership of budgets, forecasting, change control, financial reporting, and cost governance across hospitals, clinics, campus upgrades, and related capital improvement programs. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to partner closely with project leaders, accounting teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and executive stakeholders.

- Lead construction cost management for healthcare, institutional, and infrastructure capital projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Own project budgets, committed costs, forecasts, cash flow projections, cost-to-complete reporting, and financial narratives.
- Manage change control, cost trend logs, contingency tracking, escalation impacts, risk exposure, and recovery planning.
- Prepare executive‑level weekly and monthly cost reports and communicate budget variances, forecast drivers, and financial risks.
- Reconcile contractor and consultant cost reports, validate pay applications and invoices, and support audits, closeout, and final account reconciliation.
- Partner with project managers, accounting, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to resolve cost issues and improve cost management processes.
- Salary: $180,000 to $250,000+ annually, depending on experience, education, and skills.
