As a Project Accountant, you'll play a critical role supporting high-profile infrastructure and commercial projects that shape communities across the Pacific Northwest.

What You'll DoAs a trusted financial partner to Project Managers and Operations teams, you'll help ensure projects stay financially healthy and on track from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process union payroll and certified payroll reporting
- Perform job costing, project reconciliations, and general ledger activities
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review progress billings, retention documentation, and lien releases
- Process subcontractor payments and public works reporting requirements
- Assist with audits, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor project financial performance
- Utilize JD Edwards, Textura, Procore, and Excel to support project accounting functions
3+ years of construction accounting experience
Strong Knowledge Of- Construction AP/AR
- Job costing
- Progress billing
- Lien releases
- Public works projects
- Union and/or certified payroll
- JD Edwards (preferred)
- Sage / Timberline
- Other major construction accounting systems
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Financial reporting and analysis
Textura experience
B2GNow experience
Prevailing wage knowledge
Public works project accounting experience
Experience supporting multiple active construction projects simultaneously

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
