Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE
Location:
Seattle, WA On Site
- Direct involvement in month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Opportunity to take ownership of multiple accounting functions and drive accuracy across the business
- Exposure to inventory, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting
- Structured processes and well-documented workflows that support success
- High visibility within the accounting organization
- Opportunity to leverage both technical accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills

- Oversee fixed asset accounting and reporting activities
- Perform cash reviews and account reconciliations
- Review vendor accruals and prepaid expense schedules
- Prepare intercompany accounting schedules and executive summary reporting
- Support 1099 reporting and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Senior-level accounting experience with month-end close responsibilities
- Strong experience with inventory, fixed assets, accruals, and reconciliations
- Experience preparing financial analyses and accounting schedules
