Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices with a strong focus on 3-way match verification (purchase order, receiving documentation, and invoice).
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, pricing variances, and matching exceptions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and approval workflows.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support timely payment processing.
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and operations teams to research and resolve invoice-related issues.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and automated invoice processing workflows.
• Strong understanding of the 3-way match process, including its purpose, controls, and impact on financial accuracy.
