Medical Collections Specialist

Job Overview

You will be part of our CR Bill Max team, which provides managed billing services to Central Reach customers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections across all services.

This position is hybrid with three days per week on‑site at our Fort Lauderdale, Florida office.

• Manage client collections/accounts receivables
• Follow up on aged Accounts Receivable by insurance
• Track and resolve discrepancies based on partial payment and contracts
• Review and follow up on all denials
• Collect required information to have the claim processed or appealed
• Communicate patient responsibility
• Conduct other billing duties such as verifications and authorizations
• Work in a flexible and fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment

• Strong computer skills are a must
• Experience in ABA billing and collections is a plus
• Willing to roll up sleeves to get work done
• Well‑organized with multitasking skills
• Confident communicator with a strong service focus
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional approach
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to stay composed in challenging situations
