Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 DOE
Our client, a well-established and growing organization in Seattle, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a collaborative finance team. This position offers diverse responsibilities across payroll, accounts payable, and grant accounting, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle payroll for 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Oversee accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reporting.
- Prepare and manage grant-related budgets, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Partner with employees and leadership to provide payroll support and strengthen accounting processes and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in accounting roles with responsibility for payroll, accounts payable, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency with payroll and accounting software such as ADP, Quick Books, SAP, or similar systems; grant accounting experience is highly valued.
