Salary: $135,000 - $165,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management efforts.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights.
• Support audit activities and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications for the Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience overseeing the full accounting cycle and managing close processes.
