Salary:
Up to $162,000 DOE

• High-visibility role partnering closely with accounting, finance, and operations teams
• Opportunity to take ownership of inventory accounting and costing processes
• Involvement in key month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Exposure to complex inventory environments and Net Suite processes
• Ability to drive process improvements and enhance inventory accuracy

• Oversee daily inventory and COGS accounting activities
• Manage item maintenance and inventory costing in Net Suite
• Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities related to inventory accounting
• Analyze inventory reserves and cost variances
• Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and costing processes

• 6+ years of cost accounting and inventory accounting experience in biotech or manufacturing
• Net Suite experience strongly preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
