Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and ensure timely, accurate payment processing.
• Enter invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments into Sage Intacct.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized AP records and support month-end closing activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing and AP data entry.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
