Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager Role:

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits, support regulatory reporting requirements, and assist with tax compliance activities.
• Strengthen internal controls, document accounting procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Partner with finance leadership on special projects, forecasting support, reporting enhancements, and operational transition initiatives.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and audit support.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP system experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
