Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist – Quick Books, Reconciliation & Multi-Entity Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours About the Role At the company, one of our clients is hiring a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities.

This is a hands‑on financial operations role — not basic bookkeeping. You’ll ensure financial data stays accurate, organized, and reliable, while identifying discrepancies and improving reporting workflows.

If you’re strong with Quick Books, reconciliations, and Google Sheets/Excel and naturally spot inconsistencies in financial data, this role is a strong fit.

• Maintain and reconcile financial records across multiple entities
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in Quick Books

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit‑ready financial records

• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
• Build and maintain financial trackers in Google Sheets / Excel

• Ensure consistency between accounting systems and reports
• Organize financial data for clear leadership visibility

• Track property‑level expenses, Cap Ex, interest, and other financial activity

• Ensure transactions are properly categorized
• Maintain accurate supporting documentation
• Identify missing entries, errors, or inconsistencies

• Follow up with banks and vendors when needed
• Verify transactions, balances, and supporting information
• Ensure external records align with internal financial data

• Identify inefficient or repetitive financial workflows
• Improve trackers, reporting systems, and documentation
• Build repeatable processes that improve accuracy and scalability

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations

• Hands‑on Quick Books experience; multi‑entity experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills, including formulas and complex trackers
• Strong reconciliation and financial data analysis skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Clear written and verbal English communication
• Availability during U.S. business hours

• Multi‑entity or property‑based accounting experience
• Experience tracking Cap Ex and property‑level expenses

• Financial reporting experience
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Slack
• Experience improving accounting processes or financial systems
