We have an amazing opportunity for aFull Life Care - Admin Assistant to join our team!
** This role pays $22.66 per hour, the schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in our Beacon Hill office. We look forward to speaking with you about this incredible opportunity!
**** Our Admin Assistant:
*** Answers and directs calls to/from internal and external clients.
* Establishes a compassionate and respectful environment for our clients and team members.
* Welcomes visitors warmly and promptly.
* Assists guests and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested.
* Inputs, updates, and processes database information while preparing reports as needed;
Ensures client files are created and terminated properly.
* Assists with tasks related to Homecare Aide employment and recruitment, including but not limited to: employee intake, file maintenance, orientation, continuing education, and evaluation schedules.
* Maintains inventory of office supplies, and orders supplies as needed.
* Assists the Home Care program with communicating, mailing, and messaging Home Care workers.
* Upholds and maintains the office COVID-19 response.
* Follows emergency policy and procedures, and fulfills education and certification requirements.
* Works independently and/or within a team on special ongoing and nonrecurring projects.
* Promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** Associate degree in a general study or related field and one or more years’ experience.
* Two or more years of related homecare experience or.
* Working knowledge of PCs including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
** Physical Requirements Include:
*** Must be able to lift 25 lbs and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
