Overview
Provide nationwide title services.
Responsibilities- Support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties.
- Determine the legal condition of property titles as part of a production center, branch office, or title team.
- Ability to review title commitments, entity documents, date down commitments, provide updated commitments/supplemental reports, and record documents.
- 2-3 years in the title business, preferably on the commercial side.
- Familiarity with AIM+, Data Trace, and Data Tree.
- Provide nationwide title services.
- Support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties.
